Heel By Nature obtained the court paperwork. The lawsuit alleges Klein was terminated by ROH at the end of last year over her complaints about pay for female performers...safety and medical protocols...and harassment. The harassment allegations are specifically aimed at ROH wrestler Jay Lethal. Members of ROH management are also named in the lawsuit. Klein’s attorney is Stephen P. New. He told WrestleZone the lawsuit could have wider implications, because it challenges the “independent contractor” status of pro wrestlers.
