Vic Uzumeri has lived under both the Canadian & American healthcare systems. A recent event with his wife proved the superiority of one. Vic Uzumeri is a regular at Netroots Nation. This year he had a story to tell that I thought was extremely important for all to understand. Earlier, the founder, publisher, and editor at OpEdNews, Tob Kall, spoke to me about the power of stories. We agreed that it is the best way to let people see themselves in the plight of others or, at worst, to empathize with others. Vic did not want to criticize the American system profoundly. He did not need to do so. In describing the system he is living under now, the barbaric fraudulent nature of the American healthcare system rang as loud as possible.
