Today, I am sitting down with Brian Babcock of Suisun Creek Winery in you guessed it, Suisun Valley. They currently grow and maintain 7 different varietals of grapes, including: Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Charbono, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
