Today on the show our guest is Doug Booker from Booker Training. As many of the long time listeners would know one of my favourite topics to explore is leadership. I believe that it is one of those human experiences that touches us all. Think about it, how many times have you had your partner come home from work and say: "OMG you wouldn't believe what happened at work today?" I think I might have said that a couple dozen times in my life. Leadership in the workplace is something that all challenges us as humans. Be it as a leader yourself or as subordinate the challenges are still the same. As you will hear Doug has had more leadership training and experience than most.
