Today we have Preston Russ and Josh Wherley joining us from True Art Jiu Jitsu. Today I wanted to ask the boyos about stoicism. Stoicism is something that I've been looking into recently and it has been very interesting to me personally. Both Preston and Josh have looked into stoicism so I thought it would be fun to pick their brains on the show. Neither of them are experts on the subject, but that's not the point of the show. I wanted to just talk with them and learn more about their personal experiences with stoicism. I definitely enjoyed our conversation, hopefully you will as well.   Preston started Jiu Jitsu in January of 2018 with our coach Shannon White. Preston has competed at some big IBJJF tournaments. He has competed at the IBJJF Cincinnati Open and twice at the IBJJF Chicago Open which are very big regional tournaments.
