We have back with us one of our favorite guests, Dane Lee of Elite Recovery Sports Massage. Dane and I always have fun and interesting conversations. Dane and I have been talking and we want to sit down more often for podcasts. Today we talked about Dane finishing up his first year of his PHD program at Akron University. To say that it was a little overwhelming would be an understatement. At one point through the year I had to ask him if he was doing okay. Because he definitely did not look okay. He looked like he hadn't slept in over a week. We also talked about me missing competition. I miss competing and want to find something to compete in. But I also don't want it to consume my life like weightlifting did. I still want to do other activities and not just put in all my time and energy into one thing.
