City Council Member Carlina Rivera, a Manhattan Democrat, joined the show to discuss the launch of her campaign for Congress in the new 10th Congressional District of New York. Rivera discussed her vision for representing the district that now includes much of Downtown Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn, her priority issues, and what separates her from the rest of the crowded field.
