I pulled the ripcord on my career.  It was only years later that I realised what influenced me to leave a highly lucrative career that I was succeeding in. I didn’t like what I saw when I looked up. What I mean by that is that I couldn’t see female leaders that represented how I envisaged my life to be. In this episode, I share the personal impact of not having positive working mother role models.  I explore why it's vital for organisations to support and promote them too.
