Engelhart is co-owner of the renowned Cafe Gratitude and Gracias Madre plant-based restaurants in southern California and co-creator of the documentary film May I Be Frank. A dedicated father and husband, Engelhart and his family live in Fillmore, California where they put intention into practice on their own 17-acre regenerative organic farm.
