Our Advent series is Hope is Born. Each week we look at a different aspect of how we prepare ourselves for hope. The message for today is “Waiting” and is a look what it means to wait for hope. Is it hard to have hope? To have patience? In a year full of turmoil and waiting, how can we continue to wait? Where is our hope? We prepare our hearts to receive the hope that was born on Christmas Day. Our scripture readings for today come from Isaiah 64:1-9;1 Corinthians 1:3-9; and Mark 13:24-37.
