Gay Gaddis is a very close family friend. She has literally watched me grow up. Her son Ben introduced my sister to her husband. Now that I am a grown woman, I have had the chance to really understand what a badass Gay is. She started T3, the largest owned female owned digital marketing agency in the country, based out of Austin Texas. She is self made and overcame many obstacles in a man’s world, but always learned how to work smarter, more thoughtful and outside of the box. As an employer of many women, and a mother herself, she quickly realized being a parent should not stop you from being a successful working professional.
