Vegan Danielle

Bill Muir, AKA Sgt. Vegan has been vegan since 1992, after he was already in the punk scene and identified as straight-edge. As a defiant act, he figured since he wasn't drinking or doing drugs, it wouldn't be that much harder to give up animal products. Twenty-seven years later, Bill Muir now has a Certificate in Vegan Culinary Arts from Atlantic Union College and a BS in Nursing from Drexel University and has authored the book, Vegan Strong. He has also been Honorably Discharged from the Armed Services and serves our Nations's Heroes as an RN at the West LA Medical Center.
