Uncensored Humanity

We have back with us today my brother Andrew Hoffman. Andrew is a regular guest on the show, but has needed a break recently with all the negativity in the world. I think we can all relate to that during these tough times. We had a bunch of topics to catch up on and Andrew approached them with a new perspective. I hope that is the trait of this episode. Sometimes we all need to take a step back and look at things through a fresh set of eyes and see if our perspectives need to change on certain topics. I'm glad to have Andrew back on the show as we always have a great time together. We talked today about everything going on the world from the pandemic, to the protests, the presidential election and much more. There is definitely something in there for everyone.   I met Andrew when I started Crossfit. We worked out together and hung out with mutual friends outside of the gym. I was invited to a group chat that a couple of them had started at the gym called the “bro pit”. That's what we called the regular gym
