On today's episode we have my friend Gerard Prepetit. Gerard and I always have great conversations and I was very excited to have him on the podcast. Gerard wanted to talk about something very near and dear to his heart today. He personally believes that kids today need to have more struggle in their lives to help them become better members of society. I couldn't agree more! In our personal opinions parents today try to keep their kids from struggling at all. Obviously we all want our kids to have things better than what we did growing up. But kids still need to struggle through things in life if we expect them to have realistic ideas of what life will be like when they grow up. Gerard was a natural and I think we can definitely expect him to be on more episodes in the future.   Gerard is a first generation American. His parents are originally from Haiti. With parents who grew up in a different country Gerard has a very different perspective than most people who were born in the USA. Gerard is a project man
