We have back with us today the True Art Jiu Jitsu boyos. We have my coach Shannon White and two of the upper belts at the gym Ben Sina and Devon Kelleher. Today I wanted to talk to them about competition. I have been missing competition and didn't realize how much until the past few months. I have been looking forward to this conversation for some time now, and it did not disappoint.   Ben has been training Jiu Jitsu for 12 years and is currently a brown belt. He placed second (2nd) at the 2018 Chicago IBJJF Open and is currently 1-0 in the Fight to Win series competition.
