In this episode I sit down with my good friend Carter Wheelock. He is an expert carpenter and also the craftsman/owner of a leather goods company caller Lumber & Hide. Carter approached me at a local event and said he enjoyed my podcast. From there we have interacted over instagram and encouraged one another in pursuing personal growth. -- This conversations goes deep as we explain our approach and pursuit of personal growth. We share some things we have learned from our recent readings, quotes, and original ideas in how to improve but understand we are where we need to be. Much like me Carter hopes to one day be able to take his passion full time and achieve more autonomy over his schedule. His intentions are pure as he seeks to be a good husband and father to his two young boys.
