Here we go...  News Features: If you remember the animal musicians from The Banana Splits Adventure Hour as your furry friends, that might change soon. The children’s show that aired from 1968 to 1970, and into syndication after that is going to get a horror retake. Reports are that Warner Brothers and Syfy are teaming up to bring the Splits gang back as a film is about “a boy named Harley” who is celebrating his birthday by attending a Banana Splits TV show taping with his family. Things then “take an unexpected turn, and the body count quickly rises.” Release details are still coming, though Dani Kind, Steve Lund, and Sara Canning will be joining the cast.
