Sorry, everyone  — Emily had a headache and didn’t sleep well that night before and had to skip this week. But John took initiative and stepped up when he gained weight the past few weeks. He and his girlfriend, Samantha, worked together with MyFitnessPal and talk every day about their progress. Yay for the Whooshie Pill! (But a
