Getting your customer service right is essential, especially when it comes to responding to the good the bad and the ugly on social media. Too many brands either ignore or simply try to sweep stuff under the carpet by ignoring and blocking people. However, this happened this last weekend with a well known kitchen brand on Twitter to find the person complaining was backed up by 100's of angry supporters.....all because they chose to try to ignore the situation.
