Who remembers watching Big Bird, Oscar The Grouch and Cookie Monster as a child. Of course we do, it’s #sesamestreetday and let’s be honest it’s an institution really helping children learn how to count, spell and actually just be a good human being too. So, why when it comes to something new like social media, just because it’s FREE do we assume we know how to use it to help build our brand or business? Someone having used social media and maybe even having one viral post does not make them an expert in social media marketing. Also, because someone can create and stick content out for you does not mean they’re a creative either. Please, take some time to sit down and learn about social media and what you can do and what would require an expert team to help so you get the RIGHT results rather than what you assume is good because you know no better.
