Chuck is an energetic and dedicated leader who has helped develop the charity “Playworks" into a thriving organization. The non-profit has gone from serving 4,000 kids, to 40,000 in just 5 years! After those 5 remarkable years, Chuck resigned from his Executive Director Position with the company, and is grateful for the stunning progress they have made. He helped bring the company to a great place and decided it was time to move on. Playworks believes that recess can unlock kids’ superpowers, as long as they are playing in a healthy way and being kind to one another. The non-profit ensures safety and fun for all by getting involved at recess in certain schools where it can be a troublesome time. Playworks creates a high-five environment and teaches the kids problem solving techniques and soft-skills.
