Into The Time Vortex

This 2006 episode of Doctor Who has the Doctor investigating a school where students have gone missing and strange sightings of flying creatures have been reported. Could the investigative reporter checking this story out have anything to do with it or maybe, that is Sarah Jane Smith herself.
