Beyond Good Intentions With Kristen Duke

Did you know that the term "Mormon" is a nickname that members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints don't prefer? I used it to title this episode because I know that people are familiar with that name, but throughout this 3 part series, you'll hear me refer to the church with the full name, and why. In this Part 1 episode, I am chatting with my friend Abby, as she shares about her recent conversation to the faith.  She is amazing, and I love when she spoke about her sacrifice to God, and her original thoughts on obedience. It really resonated with me, and I love how she explained it.  Then in Part 2 I'll share the origin of The Book of Mormon, and how it came to be. And finally in part 3, I will share our basic beliefs and doctrine with the 13 Articles of Faith.  I hope you'll take the chance to listen as I share my beliefs and my heart.
