Jeff Sankoff also goes by the nickname of Tri Doc.  We get to know Jeff and his start as a doctor and as a triathlete and then as a coach.  We go deep into science stuff because he’s a doctor...actually we don’t because this is the Mile after Mile Podcast and that’s what Jeff does on his podcast called the Tri Doc.  I do ask him a few things about how his profession as a doctor intersects with triathlon coaching.
