Leading Well

Last week, a couple (Kim Parrish, Tex Rule, and Maria Brown) of us traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for a conference.  Our trip was full of a lot of laughter and learning.  So I decided to pack my recorder on our trip and see what I could capture. Today on the podcast, you’ll get to hear a raw conversation between the four of us as we travel from the conference back to the airport as we reflect on our learning from the conference.  No matter what how you are engaged in a group or ministry at New Life, I think there are some helpful insights you can take back to your team, to your group, or maybe just implement in your own life.
