Nestor Russell is a salsero to his core. Besides being one of the most accomplished dancers in the Lone Star state, he has a deep knowledge of the music behind the dance. Nestor has studied violin and other instruments along with music theory for years and brings this knowledge to his salsa dancing.   During our chat, we talk about music theory and when you listen to this first 15 minutes I promise you'll know more about the clave than you ever thought possible.
