Financially Speaking with Kathy Cook Noble  Kathy interviews first-time homeowners, Tori Noble and Carl Nogradi, on the ins-and-outs of buying your first home – getting approved for a mortgage; working with a realtor; house-hunting; and winning the bid in a seller’s market. A game of beach volleyball in Tecumseh and some mutual friends brought Carl Nogradi and Tori Noble together, and now, 5 years later, the young couple has purchased their first home together. Carl graduated from welding school with honours and is currently enrolled as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright. He works full-time at Fabmaster Welding and Millwrights as a welding supervisor and fabricator and works part-time for Lambton College as a Subject Matter Expert and Associate Welding Professor. Tori studied Political Science at the University of Guelph and University of Windsor obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and Masters.
