This podcast is designed to get anyone to take action on whatever it is they are attempting to achieve in 2021. Most of us are Stuck being feed a salary because it feels like a reward trading our time for money for someone else. I do realize that working for others will give us access and blueprint on how to be successful. It also allows us to see the challenges that we could have never seen coming if we launched on our own potentially... But does it really? Maybe it gives us the opportunity to develop a specific skill on someone else's dime right?  I know for me having worked in the auto industry as an employee and owning a small independent dealership it gave me perspective on both ends. At the end of the day no one else's business will pay you the same income they could will earn or potentially earn. So if we are to make mistakes it might as well as be on your own.
