On Thursday March 18th, RTÉ staff started to cast their votes in a ballot on pay cuts. It’s all part of a cost cutting proposal from RTÉ, which is, by its own admission, in a bad state financially. The cuts if agreed by staff would form part of RTÉ's pledge to deliver massive cost savings. RTÉ’s director-general, Dee Forbes joins us.
