Dean Piccirillo is a Principal at HBKS Wealth Advisors and a Senior Financial Advisor and has been practicing for over 25 years. He is also very active in the Southwest Florida community, having recently chaired, along with his wife Monica, the 2015 Signature Chef’s Auction for the March of Dimes, among his many endeavours.Dean’s education in leadership and sales began when he was quite young. His father was a door-to-door encyclopedia salesman, and Dean would often join him while working. Each new customer provided a learning opportunity for Dean, because his father was keen to teach him about his techniques. Above all, his father’s ability to connect with people really resonated with Dean. Though he considers himself an introvert, Dean realized, through his father and as he grew older, the importance of developing these and other people skills in order to achieve success.
