POAs (Property Owner Associations) and Wildlife Management. POAs in some rural counties in Texas are put together when ranches are subdivided into acreage tracts. Some POAs use cattle as the ag valuation for all landowners BUT can a POA prevent a landowner within the POA from using Wildlife Management for his/her tax valuation?
