In this episode of the Decoding Excellence Show, I am discussing the unsung heroes in the coaching profession; be it the wives, husbands, and significant others in our relationships who support us and sacrifice so much - in order for us to do our very best work. In this show, I discuss many of the sacrifices these great people make on a daily basis, in order to illuminate our need to be grateful and appreciative of what they do. Our work is dependent on their many sacrifices and this Valentine's Day episode is in dedication to all of those that "strengthen" and support a coach in their life.
