Nancy Irwin, a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist and clinical hypnotist, is the author of "You-Turn: Changing Direction in Midlife." The book is a collection of inspirational stories of people who have made major life and career changes after the age of 40. Irwin says it is never to late to change if you follow your heart. Once a successful stand-up comedian who performed alongside Jerry Seinfeld and Ray Romano, Irwin went back to school to earn her doctorate in psychotherapy. She will talk about her own journey and give advice to those thinking of following the same path. She will also give away a free autographed copy of her book to the first caller!
