Obed Magny is an expert in the field of motivation, job satisfaction, diversity, and emotional intelligence. He helps clients accomplish their goals in self-improvement, decision-making, and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of difficult challenges.Dr. Magny grew up in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. Dr. Magny relocated to Sacramento where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Emergency Services Administration from the California State University at Long Beach, and a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.Currently a police officer in the Sacramento Police Department, Dr. Magny works in patrol. Previous assignments included Narcotics, School Resource Officer, Crime Suppression Unit, and the Parole Intervention Team.
