Shania is a first-generation college graduate and first-generation entrepreneur.  She is ambitious and has a deep conviction in herself and her work. With over 3 years of experience in working with big companies in the enterprise software, electric vehicle, and media industry, she is using her life and work experience, to scratch her own itch. In establishing a company called Invure, she is solving a problem she experienced when growing up, and that is still prevalent to many today. Invure is a technology startup that is striving to close the opportunity gap by paving paths between students, universities & companies.
