On November 16th - 17th 1988 Sgt. Vilt (Alias) was working at a US base in the UK when he was instructed to go down inside a building and work on (service) a control panel. Later on he was then instructed to take notes on an exchange between President Ronald Reagan & Lt. General William E Odom. They discussed in depth some topics about our "Out of Town Friends".
