The co-owner of True Grind Systems in Austin, Texas, Brandon Janecka. Brandon graduated from Texas State University and majored in Exercise and Sports Science. He is an avid learner in his industry and talks about how he is constantly changing his approach on training athletes based off of what he see's. Brandon tracks all of the lifts that are done in his facility but doesn't obsess over the data. We also talk about the bigger picture of coaching, which is impacting someone elses life. No matter what sport these athletes play, it will end sooner than later.
