For this episode, 7 smiths, yes, 7 smiths showed up and competed on coal forges to make throwing knives. 1 was eliminated during inspection, the next during throwing knife testing. The remaining 5 smiths went home, built their best competition chopper and returned to the forge for testing. The remaining 4 smiths will be back next week to try and win $20,000!
