We fell off and we admitted it to our clients. Last night we were sharing with our Mastery clients (the highest level of training we offer) that we fell off. The very thing that we train them to do, we hadn’t done. Did that make us hypocrites? I don’t know… Maybe in the technical definition of the word. But all we know is, we work to be transparent (not perfect) in all of our coachings. We want our names to be synonymous with truthful, transparent, and those who create transformation (even if that means sharing our missteps). The great thing is we didn’t feel judged when we explained that we absolutely feel off of doing our quarterly training the earlier part of this year. But this quarter we got tired of just ‘getting by’ (yes, even in quarantine).
