This week show is about busting the lies of the mind. I was talking to a friend today and I said to him whats going on in your head? He told me his thoughts and I said you do know your thoughts are a load of lies and if you choose to believe them and keep them a secret they will hurt you. He looked at me and responded saying I know my mind has millions of lies and it is totally crazy. Gary Douglas says your mind is a dangerous thing waste it. So for me when it comes to friendships and relationships and my mind telling me lies, I ask a question, or I get a friend to ask me a question. IS THIS TRUE? Is this really true?
