Matt Kurowski is the Huddle Labs guy who created a values framework illustrating types of capital that are often underestimated and unacknowledged. Huddle helps large organisations rethink complex problems, with human-centred design from a very purpose driven and values-based perspective. Matt and I talked about the Snowflake framework, being a goth in the 80s and the influence of that era on being 40something in the pursuit of meaning.
