It has been a fantastic season – beating Spurs at Wembley to win the Capital One Cup; Diego Costa rampaging through opposition defenders and scoring goals; Fabregas and his magic hat; Hazard and his magic feet; John Terry better than ever and peerless as Captain, Leader, Legend; saying farewell to Didier Drogba a Chelsea legend; the scousers giving us a guard of honour; winning the Premier League at a canter to become Champions again; and last but by no means least, Jose Mourinho – still the Special One!
