Today we are joined by Tim Lindgren of Lindgren Landscapes based in Fort Collins Colorado. Tim has been in business for 25 years! We hear his journey in the design build world and how his company has evolved and improved over time. We take a jump into their improvements and his take on the unique differences between estimators, creative designers and sales people in the design build role. We also discuss the extreme importance of surrounding yourself with mentors and pier groups. Tim said he wished he would not have waited so long to reach out and begin to grow with others input.
