In this episode I share with you the wardrobe choices I made on the last few rides. As the temperature isn’t always the same, I had to adopt. Find out what worked for me and what didn’t. Furthermore I tried to compare my last 5 rides on a deeper level. As I had the feeling that the breaks in between each interval made the rides uncomparable. Then I discovered that one ride was particular well with an extreme high average speed in the intense intervals. I looked through all available data only to discover that the answer was only visible in my journal.
