In this episode I talk about finding an alternative route.Since 3 weeks my “old” exercising route is covered with icy parts. You will be surprised who simple the alternative will be, to be honest it is so simple I was completely blind to it for more than 2 weeks. Furthermore I talk about how the ride on the new route went, I thought 2 weeks of casually running would be the same as not exercising at all but the results look quite promising.
