It's been a while since I published a podcast episode and previously, they've been with a guest and discussing their business. I think, in fact, it may be over eighteen months since the last one!  With how work is changing so rapidly and the environment we're in, I was a little inspired this morning to record my thoughts on the importance of boundaries, particularly as a large portion of the community are now working from home. It's a short vignette I guess, about my thoughts on boundaries.  One of the biggest challenges I feel we have during this current pandemic is making sure that we don't blur the lines between family and work and then we still make time for us to stop, turn the computer off, put the phone down and spend quality time with your family. Whether that's doing a puzzle, playing a game, having a conversation over dinner, or simply making time to put them to bed each night and saying goodnight.
