This is a mashup of a ton of our training material. We go over a lot of in office stuff during new recruits first week. Really this episode was designed to help new guys re listen to material and help guys starting late have a reference for where the company started, where we are currently and where we are going! Culture, goals, mission, mindset, lawn program, leadership talks, key results areas and motivation. If you don’t like any of those this may not be the episode for you. This is also a long format so may be an episode you need to tackle little by little. Wanted to try something new and see if it added value.
