Before Jennifer founded her company, she started her professional career in marketing. After 15 years in the corporate environment, she took a leap to follow her calling as a coach. This all started when Jennifer reached her peak and wasn't enjoying what she was doing anymore. Someone in her circle said that she should go to a coaching class, just to see if it was a fit. It was a weekend course, discussing the fundamentals and overview to start to learn about the broader program. At the end of the first day, she couldn't look the instructors in the eyes. She was just so overwhelmed because at that moment she felt for the first time that it was what she was made to do.
