We throw around the word "bravery" a lot sometimes. We throw the phrase, "Diving in head first," a lot sometimes... What do these two things have in common?  Becoming an insta-parent. I'm talking about the incredible, crazy, and amazingly beautiful journey of becoming a foster parent. My guest this week is the wonderful and lovely Carmen Ross, and I am so excited to have her share her story with you.
