View your prospect as a partner in a problem solving process. Be sure that you are asking thoughtful questions that brings clarity. Think of yourself as a problem solver. After you answer an objection, use the phrase, "by the way", to transition into an attempt to close the sale. Keep in mind that whoever is asking the questions is the one in control, so don't answer an objection and simply sit there and wait for the next one. It is very important to speak the truth and to speak the truth in love and kindness.
